By checking the agreement box within the reservation form, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICES

Evermore Entry Co. provides seasonal entryway design, installation, and removal services at your property. All decor, props, and materials used in your installation are the sole property of Nicole Elisa Art LLC and will be retrieved at the scheduled removal date.

PAYMENT

Please allow us 1-2 business days to review your reservation, once it has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice included. The invoice is a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Please pay this within 24 hours to secure your reservation. There are only 20 entryways available during each season so if the invoice is not paid within that time the reservation will be forfeit. The remaining payment will be invoiced one week prior to your chosen install week. We request that this is paid within 24 hours to complete the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

  • If service is cancelled within 7 Days of payment 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

  • Cancellations after 7 days of payment are non-refundable.

• Evermore Entry Co. reserves the right to reschedule your installation due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly and offered the next available date.

PROPERTY ACCESS

By booking, you grant Evermore Entry Co. with Nicole Elisa Art LLC permission to access the exterior entryway of your service address for installation and removal. You are not required to be home. Designer will not enter the interior of your home or any other part of the property that is not necessary for installation and removal.

You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the entryway on your scheduled install and removal week. Including proper secure safety location for pets.

YOUR PROPERTY & OURS

Our decor: All installed items remain the property of Nicole Elisa Art LLC. Please do not remove, relocate, or alter any installed pieces. You will be responsible for the replacement cost of any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the service period due to your negligence. Please email nicole@evermoreentryco.com for any refresh needs or concerns. 

Your property: We take great care to respect your home. Evermore Entry Co. is not liable for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

Evermore Entry Co. with Nicole Elisa Art LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We may ask your permission separately to photograph your completed entryway for our portfolio and social media. This is always optional and has no impact on your service. We will never share your full address and take care to not include these details in images. If comfortable with providing a testimonial we may ask to use your first name and neighborhood in the sign off for the testimonial.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Evermore Entry Co. Any changes must be agreed to in writing. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect.
